Rules for using the PawaPulse website.
By accessing the PawaPulse website, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law. The platform provides editorial content, music and entertainment discovery, cultural coverage, opportunities and Growth resources.
Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful or infringing material, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the website in breach of applicable rules, disrupt the service or misrepresent any affiliation with PawaPulse.
PawaPulse-owned branding, editorial works and platform elements may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Third-party content is subject to the rights and licences of its owners. Sharing links and lawful quotations with attribution are permitted where applicable.
When you send us content, you confirm that you hold the rights and permissions needed to share it. Sending a submission does not guarantee publication, and it does not give PawaPulse a licence to publish or monetise your work without a separate agreement.
Events, calls for applications, grants, jobs, media embeds and external links may be supplied by third parties. Check eligibility, deadlines and conditions directly with the organiser. Listings are not a guarantee of selection, employment or payment.
Information about copyright, related rights, royalties, distribution and monetisation is general information. It is not a representation or promise of collection. Any rights-management, licensing or revenue-sharing service requires a separate written agreement defining rights, territories, fees, reporting and payments.
We may correct, remove or update content and suspend abusive access. The service is provided subject to reasonable availability and to applicable mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, PawaPulse is not liable for indirect losses or for the content of third-party websites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Douala, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
